Fresh baby review and giveaway

What if I told you in 30minutes a week you can make your own baby food! Are you as skeptical as I was? I have been kind of skeptical about making my own baby food because of how time consuming it is, or so I thought until I got to review the award winning The so Easy Baby food kit. Its great, its a kit with everything you need to be able to make your own baby food in 30minutes a week all you need to add is fresh ingredients.

I received my kit and I opened it immediately as I have been spending a lot of money on baby food. I think baby is going through some kind of growth spurt because just one is not enough anymore. The first recipe I tried was Apple sauce, because all three of my kids like that so I figure I would make it for all of them. They help me shop and we all enjoy tasting all the fruits and vegetables and sometimes come home with something new to try. In 10 minutes you have your own fresh natural, organic apple sauce. You cut and peel and core the apples into slices than place in a microwave safe dish cover with plastic wrap and cook for 5 minutes let stand and cook for another 5 until its fork tender. Place in a food processor or blender. You can than add anything else like cinnamon, to taste. All three ate it and loved it. I also added some soft tofu for baby in order to pump up the protein value. You fill out the freezer trays and put it in the freezer after a few hours you can take it out and transfer it in freezer safe bags and re use the freezer trays for another recipe. The facts about our children's health is frighting, the only way to change that is by parents taking control. Who knows perhaps you will have the child showing up at school with a whole wheat sandwich and salad.  Good healthy eating habits start young.
