Fresh baby So Easy Toddler Book review and giveaway

I am so hapy to be working with fresh baby again. I reviewed their baby food kit, which has everything you need to make your own healthy baby food, check it out here. Now I have gotten the chance to review their So Easy Toddler cook book. However, its more than a cook book, there are great tips on how to deal with picky eaters, what and how much food your toddler needs as well as explaining cooking terms that might be confusing for someone that does not cook often. The book is small and compact but filled with fun tips and recipes. The book is available in Spanish as well as English.

I love the recipes I know this book is for toddlers but most of the recipes are things that the whole family can enjoy. The ingredients that are used are also comment items that can be found in any store or items you might already have. One of the recipes in the book had mango's in it and since i had some in the house I decided to make it.

You need cream cheese, bagels and mango's. Slice up the mango's.

Toast some whole wheat bread or bagels, put cream cheese and your sliced mangoes and it was simple and delicious.

My daughter helped me make it and could not wait to bite in to it. This recipe inspired a whole new concept at our house. Instead of sugary we put real fruit. We have done this with bananas and strawberries and they turned out really good and healthy.
