I bake quite a bit and really enjoy it especially when you have excellent ingredients like nielsen massey vanilla. As soon as I opened the bottle I received for review I could smell the difference. You definitely get more of a vanilla flavor in everything that you use it for. I put some in pancakes, waffles and cupcakes and wow does it make a difference using pure vanilla as supposed to the cheap artificial stuff.
